1. 15-Day Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this period and follow our return instructions.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and, where applicable, with their original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged or is not in its original condition.

3. How To Request A Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at the email address below. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the applicable return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Elora, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where they cannot legally be returned for hygiene, safety or other reasons after being opened or used. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated where relevant.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect or limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable to your purchase. Where applicable law provides a longer or otherwise different return or cancellation period, those legal rights will apply.
